Light in color, this lager is smooth, crisp, and its juicy mango notes will leave you feeling refreshed. Fit for year round enjoyment when you need to escape our seasonal grey skies with this tropical libation.
Light red in hue, this sumptuous amber is visually stimulating. The Amarillo hops are forward in nose and taste, with no lingering bitterness. Detectable stone fruit notes with a balance of maltiness and hoppiness makes this beer enjoyable year-round without the bitter attitude!
This brew is loved by many for its sly sweetness. Its core comes from barley roasted in-house that gives off flavor of toffee, marshmallow, and caramel. Meadowfoam honey gives this beer a unique flavor that makes you want to be around a campfire. Its play on s'mores, where the marshmallow, honey, and chocolate roast together with the grain in a blend of campy nostalgia.
A Four Horsemen mainstay, our stout won the "Best Washington Malt Beer Award" in 2016 because of its malt forward taste and smooth mouth feel. Coffee and chocolate flavors from roasted barley come through in taste, though no coffee is actually added. It's the magic of the roast! A marriage of flavors, notes of coffee and chocolate prevail in this dark horse. Pun intended :)
The sour flavor comes through during the secondary fermentation process. The amber hus is from toasted barley grown and malted at Skagit Valley Malting. Subtle balanced notes of cinnamon and caramelized sugar come from carmelized pumpkins from Mosby Farms. Puckery at first, the mouthwatering action will ignite other flavors, leaving you in an autumnal daze of satiation.
Crisp and refreshing, this lightly sweet and bubbly seltzer is made from essential oils from hops to boost its floral character. Not your average sugary soda, it's a beverage for all ages!
